Our guidelines are straightforward: treat others with respect, play in good faith, and report anything that makes the Playground feel less welcoming. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and acts decisively to protect the community's culture.

Players who consistently contribute positively to the community — through helpful forum posts, sporting behaviour on the leaderboard, and welcoming new arrivals — can earn Community Ambassador status, which comes with an exclusive profile badge and early access to new game features.
